| The AIDS/HIV epidemic continues to spread throughout Africa. An estimated 1 million adults are infected in Kenya. Each day, thousands of children are left without parents due to this epidemic. The rising number of "street kids" has led a local Kenyan church in Mombasa, Kenya to take action. Pastor George Mulinge of Mt. Zion Worship Center and his congregation have the dream of making an impact in their community. Through HIV/AIDS education programs and care for these "street kids", that impact is starting to be seen. The Covenant Church of Easton is partnering with Pastor Mulinge for 2 weeks next August to help support their efforts. We are sending 20 men, women, and youth to participate in HIV/AIDS education, distribution of relief items, and ministry to the children. We need your help, both prayerfully and financially, to make this mission a reality.
